Notes for Sunday, March 24, 2013

Yesterday was a decent day. I did have quite a bit of cravings, such as Macadamia Nuts and the chicken wings I made for the family. It wasn’t supposed to be a cheat day, and I’m wondering if a Starbucks Mocha would be considered a cheat, in relation to the rest of my food intake. I’m thinking it is, so I’ll have to decide if Saturdays and Sundays are cheat days, or just the one Saturday. It was an odd moment where I found myself out-and-about and it was lunch time, so, a Starbucks Mocha was what I ended up drinking along with eating some Macadamia Nuts.

All-in-all, yesterday was an okay day. It definitely could’ve been better with more fruits and vegetables, more broccoli. I usually steam a batch for the day, as it is my new “staple” instead of rice or bread.

1. Breakfast felt very healthy. No boiled egg this time.

2. Mid-Morning meal was late. Almost lunch. Felt great! Cut vegan burgers into small squares and ate 2 pieces. Asian Pears always taste so good, and refreshing!

3. I don’t know what else to call snacking-before-a-meal, other than “Prelude”. Great lunch. Not too filling for the amount of food eaten.

4. Dinner felt small and uneventful, mainly because Afternoon Tea was more substantial.

5. Broccoli and Asian Pears are favorites, but tried to mix it up.
