Just another quick food journal entry. It wasn’t the best of days, but I really tried my best to eat mindfully and slowly, while eating several meals and grazing throughout the day without eating too much and going into a food coma.

Considering the circumstances, I did reasonably well…

Breakfast – 9:30am

Starbucks Mocha ~ tall, soy, no whip

Late Morning – 11am

Empanada ~ 1 piece
Water ~ purified, 1 bottle

Lunch – 1pm

Dark Chocolate ~ 1 small bar (Trader Joe’s)
Starbucks Mocha ~ decaf, tall, soy, no whip

Afternoon Tea – 3pm

Snack on potato chips while on a long road trip. I guess this is my designated weekend cheap.

Potato Chips ~ 1 bag
Water ~ purified, 1 bottle

Dinner – 9pm

Kung Pao Chicken ~ 1 serving
White Rice ~ 1 small bowl
Jasmine Tea ~ 1 cup
Water ~ 1/2 glass
