“Love & compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.”Dalai Lama

My thoughts continue to reflect on the violence, death and destruction unleashed in Boston. It is very heartbreaking to even think that there are people out there who have no hesitation to take and injure innocent lives.

My heart is truly filled with sorrow over all the violence that has been unleashed in the past.

I continue to pray for the safety of others, that they are free from harm. Our lives are limited here in this world, but it’s important to generate love and compassion towards others.
