04.19.2013 “The Monastic Edition”

My diet has shifted these past few days. I don’t know if that would be considered a good thing. But, I’ve been quite busy and I tend to eat differently around gigs that require a lot of physical endurance. And, when I’m super busy I neglect to eat the 6 small meals a day I’m supposed to be eating.

I’ve resorted to cooking mostly vegetarian ramen from the pot these past few days, like it’s been some kind of monastic diet. The thing is you can plan all you want and there’ll be times when you have to adapt to the changing circumstances.

Anyway, I’m also trying to conserve and not overspend on food. It’s just the way it is with the economy being what it’s currently reflecting… higher prices, not enough work.
