04.23.2013 “Transformation Tuesday”

“Transformation literally means going beyond your form.”William Dyer

. . . .

I believe we all truly desire to change ourselves for the better, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this. People talk all the time about winning the lottery, or just being able to be in a better financial situation. People desire to lose some weight, to exercise and get in better shape.

Is there a secret to this change?

I really don’t know, other than the fact that it begins with a sincere desire to change and transform one’s self, to be honest with yourself and admit that you need to change.

Life is change…

Our world is fluid… and subject to change, whether outside forces change our world, or we interact in it and cause change.

We truly cannot deny that all things change, for better or for worse, and although there are some things beyond our control, like aging, we truly can improve our body, mind and spirit. We do have the capability to make things better in our lives.

The only thing permanent IS change.

So, today’s focus is on transformation. Nurturing the desire and goal to change one’s self for the better, and I think that if we can do that, we can change the world around us for the better.

But…

We have to begin now and take action.
