05.05.2013 “Cinco de Mayo” Edition

Yesterday’s food journal entry was chock-full of “cheat meals”… well, a few. I thought I ate reasonably well, considering, but it’s the weekend and it’s okay to indulge a little.

I have a performance later on tonight, so I’m going to pay attention to what I eat even more closely, and see how it affects my performance, whether positively or negatively.

Breakfast – 10:30am

Oatmeal ~ 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, with strawberries, blueberries and banana slices
Decaf Coffee ~ 1 mini-cup

Brunch Beverage – 12pm

Starbucks Mocha ~ tall

Lunch – 1:30pm

Mongolian Beef ~ take-out from Panda Express, with lots of broccoli
Saba (Mackerel) ~ 1 sq. in. piece
Asian Pear ~ 1/4, diced
Miso Soup ~ 1 cup
English Tea ~ black, english breakfast by Higgins & Burke

Beverage – 3pm

Starbucks Mocha ~ grande

Afternoon Tea – 5pm

Sushi ~ Philadelphia Roll, 7 pieces
Merlot ~ 1 glass

Beverage – 7pm

Starbucks Mocha ~ tall, decaf

Late Dinner – 9:30pm

Cheat meal.

Fish Sandwich
Onion Rings
Water ~ 1 glass
