05.15.2013 “Hump Day” Edition

Happy Hump Day, everyone!

Yesterday’s food intake was better. I was able to get to the Japanese Market and buy some Sushi, Asian Pears and other food items.

For those new to what I’m doing, it can be best explained over here.

Anyway, I have a gig today, so I need to get the proper nutrition to perform my best.

Breakfast – 8am

Oatmeal ~ 1/3 cup oats, 1/2 cup water, with blackberries, blueberries & strawberries
Coffee ~ 1 cup, Columbia Supremo (Trader Joe’s)

Brunch – 11am

Nigiri Sushi ~ raw, 2 maguro
Shrimp Dumpling ~ steamed, 1 piece
Broccoli ~ steamed, 5 florets
Carrots ~ steamed, baby, 1 dozen
Asian Pear ~ 1/4, diced
Miso Soup ~ 1 cup
Green Tea ~ 1 cup

Late Lunch – 2pm

I succumbed to the In-n-Out urge!

Hamburger ~ 1 burger, with cheese
Water ~ 1 glass, iced

Afternoon Tea – 4pm

Shrimp Dumplings ~ 2 pc, small
Water ~ 1 glass, iced

Dinner – 6pm

Starbucks Mocha ~ grande

Late Evening – 8pm

Red Wine ~ 1 glass
Starbucks Mocha ~ tall, half caffeinated
Tangerine ~ 1 small
Water ~ 1 bottle

Late Late Evening – 11pm

Not a good choice, I know. But after a gig I need something quick.

McChicken Sandwich ~ 2 total
Water ~ 1 bottle
