100% Raw – Day 13

I’m Usually A Night Person!

I woke up at 6:15am this morning. I can’t really remember when or how I fell asleep last night. But all I know was that I did a LOT yesterday. Practicing piano, cleaning around the house and getting ready for Thanksgiving, doing a little bit of gardening, downloading the latest Blackberry system software… just all kinds of things.

Lots To Do…

So, this morning I’m feeling very energetic, though my muscles are sore from all the work done yesterday. But it didn’t stop me from doing a lot this morning upon rising. I was able to practice piano for at least an hour, washed the dishes, did a little gardening and composting, cleaned the fridge and organized all the food, made breakfast in bed for my wife… I even meditated and lit candles and incense!

Breakfast

For breakfast I made myself my favorite cacao-banana smoothie with almond milk and agave nectar. And I also drank some cucumber-carrot juice freshly juiced. And a bunch of grapes.

Anyway, more later because I have to go out and do errands with my wife…..

debbie: thanks for the tip. i will definitely go easy on the cacao, yes. :o)

I checked out kevin gianni’s video and it’s very enlightening. he had a rash from it? wow. i’ve actually been using raw cacao for the past 2 years, even though i’d been around 75% until now. it’s definitely powerful stuff and it still has the caffeine.

so yes. i’ll have to watch my intake or maybe just eliminate it altogether. but at this point it’s kind of hard. ;o)

btw, i find raw garlic to be very warming and energizing too!

Wow! You are really getting a lot done, Carlos! Raw energy seems to be coursing through your veins! 🙂

Some people don’t have a problem with cacao. Just be in-tune to your body and if something seems to be a little off, then experiment with leaving cacao out to see if you feel better. I wish I could eat it, but it causes major heart problems for me. I’d be eating it if I didn’t have any problems with it, however!

    Lots of love to you,

    Wendi
    XOXOXO
