100% Raw – Day 27 – Feeling The Vibration!

I made breakfast-in-bed for my wife this morning. She’s basically pescatarian… she eats seafood. But I served a vegetarian breakfast with eggs, fruit and oatmeal.

For my Wife...

The Vibrant Life!

This morning I could’ve imagined it, but I could swear I felt the “cosmic vibration” of life. I know, it sounds too good to be true and maybe my mind is playing tricks on me because I half expect to feel super good anyways. But, I am also skeptical it’s just the power of suggestion.

I actually woke up at 7:45am. And tried to watch a DVD I rented after coming home from the gig last night. But, I had a very busy day yesterday putting up Christmas lights and our life-like artificial tree, amongst other things. So, I think I didn’t stay awake past 12 midnight.

So, this morning I woke up feeling great! I went out into the backyard and the sun was shining bright yet the temperature was very nice and slightly cool with a gentle breeze. It seemed perfect morning for gardening. I did make breakfast in bed for my wife, but then played piano (Christmas carols), then proceeded to garden in the backyard. And I’d been gardening up to lunch time.

But, this whole morning seems special because I could feel this vibration of life! And the colours arond me seemed more vibrant and clear. My clarity was definitely more acute. And my senses tingling a bit. I felt like I was a child, actually, when the senses are new and the world is new. So, it’s best to note down all these feelings because there might be a time when I am not so “chipper” and maybe in detox mode or something. One thing to note is that I didn’t have a single Cacao Banana Smoothie yesterday. I had ran out of almond milk. And I focused mainly on healthy, raw salads yesterday with lemon, oil and vinegar as dressing.

Last night at the gig, I also felt some kind of vibration… a vibrant life… that’s the best way to explain it. I had a very good gig last night playing drums at the Bistro! And looking forward to the gig once again tonight!

That’s a beautiful breakfast, Carlos! Your wife is a lucky woman!

I like reading your menu for the day, by the way. Plus, I think it will inspire others to eat more healthy foods, too!

    XOXOXO
