making comments

I’ve been noticing that not too many people seem to be commenting here. And I’m wondering whether the stuff I’m writing is really that boring. *hehe*

Well, what can I say?

I’m sort of in a major transition with this new site. I mean, I want to do a lot with this, and not just let this be an online journal, although there will still be an online journal here.

But basically in regards to comments, I’ve set it up so that when someone posts a comment for the very first time, it will be moderated and I would have to check it out and approve it first. Now, after that first comment, you be able to post all the comments you like once that first one is approved. And I think that’s a really good system.

So far, no SPAM comments have plagued this site, like my old b2 journal site. And over there I’ve still kept it up so that the archives are available (still trying to figure out a custom way to add my old b2 entries to wordpress), but no one can post comments there because the script has been removed, literally!

Other than that, please, by all means, leave a comment or two so that I won’t start to get a complex. And I promise I’ll try to write more relevant material now that I’ve fully tested the waters here.
