The Advent Of Spring
March 16, 2005 by randomguru
The days now are showing a certain warmth that heralds the coming of Spring, that wonderful season when the flowers begin to bloom, the sun truly begins to shine, and once barren trees begin to show the crisp green foliage of life.
I love Spring…
To me, Spring is a time of renewal, of re-affirming one’s love for life, and that welcoming glow of sunshine which was missed during the cold, dark winter months. It all brings back signs of hope for the world and mankind.
Often, the mere sign of warmer days is a pure joy. Perhaps that warmth stems from a deeper subconscious feeling… of being in the womb… of curling up under the warm blankets during cold nights… soaking in a bathtub filled with steaming water, or laying on the beach on a summer’s day.
As the days go forth into the seasons that are a part of nature, we too go forth into the seasons of our lives. And the world… the universe unfolds before us in these cycles of change. And we must realize that we are not just a speck of dust in the universe, but a part of the entire universe.
And the joys and romances of yesterday and today shall go forth and continue to grow in Love and understanding of what the world truly means to us.
Growth. Beauty. Warmth. Sunshine. Hope.
Let the Springs of our lives send us that message of hope and joy throughout the world…
that Spring is here…
