random things led to some piano practice!
May 3, 2005 by randomguru
Major eProps: go out to Annie in Italy, for competing in one of the international piano competitions there. Ranking 7th and almost making it to the top 5 is awesome, grrl… you did excellent! Now relax and enjoy being in Italy!
. . . .
So, I was chatting with Aein (and also Nick) when all of a sudden I heard this loud bang in the garage!
After the initial shock of being startled halfway out of my pants, I left the computer to go check it out.
My youngest son had knocked over my keyboard (which was in its hard case) while reaching for his bike. So, I had to naturally set it up and check to see if it was still working.
Anyway, things seemed to be alright with the keyboard, and I ended up practicing for the next 2 hours before taking my oldest son to math tutoring. But I’m glad nothing bad happened to it, because keyboard repair service is expensive.
Needless to say, once I really clean out the garage I will have room to set up my piano and drums (there’s no room in the house) and that will be awesome.

it can be spelled either way, annie! “p” or “f”.
omg, that’s some sinfully good food. never got used to the pigs blood, though. (probably one of the reasons i became vegetarian) ;)
it’s good stuff, yeah. the sauce in the adobo is very yummy! of course, i have a vegetarian version. hehe.
