You're blessed finding what you've found in the bookstore, especially the wisdom of loving yourself. A lot of people say to be selfless and not to love yourself. That couldn't be more damaging to the spirit. It's important not to be conceited but even more important to appreciate and respect yourself and love the godspark within, and also to accept the humaness within because we are all still evolving.
