Vacationing used to be about seeing the sites. There were the historical landmarks, the gift shops, and the museae. That's all changed, now. These days, it's about the vegetarian restaurants. It can take a whole day to find three good restaurants. And it was always fairly easy to get some meatless food pretty much anywhere (by eating lots of fettucine alfredo, cheese pizza, or eggplant parmasian). Only now, it's a little bit trickier, because it isn't so easy to avoid ova (eggs) and mammary gland secretion (milk). I should mention that nearly all my vacations have been in the United States, where most everyone speaks English. I can only imagine struggling to find vegan food, cooked or uncooked, in a foreign country. I hope you'll post your Euro experiences.

My diet isn't as clean as a vegan's, I still eat my raw fish, but ever since I leaned towards more natural and raw foods, I feel more lighter. It's better to watch my diet while I'm still young.
