jack’s - la jolla
January 31st, 2006Jack’s - La Jolla has hired Barry, Rob and I to perform some music on Fridays in the month of February. We performed there last Friday and they liked us! And we hope to be a mainstay every Friday night. (Note: Barry and I already had the swing band booked on February 17th, so we are committed to doing that)
Of course, you can always check my performance schedule for changes…
If you’re in the San Diego area this coming Friday, come by and say hello! Jack’s is a very happening place… it was really crowded last Friday!

Cool! Looking forward to it… Jack’s is a really nice upscale restaurant and bar, and quite crowded… while Bistro 221 is more quaint and laid-back, not too crowded… so, this Friday = Jack’s (10pm) while Saturday = Bistro 221 (7pm).

Sorry I didn’t make it… I ended up staying in my hotel because I was too sick to even think about going out anywhere. Hopefully next time.

Fishlamp: no worries. it’s not a very big event, so you didn’t miss much. these gigs are a job for me. one i enjoy of course… but a gig is a gig… and there’ll be more in the future. :o)
i’ll let everyone know when there is a special gig though, other than country clubs, bistros and weddings. ;)
