re-discovering an open heart…

February 12th, 2006

I’d been spending my early Sunday morning exploring older entries:

For instance, I was reading a very good book called “An Open Heart” by The Dalai Lama. And touched upon this book in an entry called “Loving-Kindness”.

And I shouldn’t forget the night I thought I was having a heart attack, and at the emergency room I found out I wasn’t, but the man next to me was!

As I am writing now about past journal entries, I chanced upon an entry that looked back on prior entries, now a sort of chain has begun.

And all this brings me back to an epiphany in a small bookstore.

And I am reminded to check other people’s journeys on the path of yoga.

Or remind myself that sometimes I need to gaze at the stars… and to once again appreciate the beauty of the skies above
