what is cinco de mayo?
May 5th, 2006So, now I know. And I must somehow get out of the house and party or doing something cool!
I just saw my youngest son off at the school. His entire 8th grade class is heading off to Washington, DC, New York, and Philadelphia for an East Coast trip. It’s sad seeing your child go… and as a parent I worry and hope he’ll be safe. He’ll be back in a week.
Meanwhile. I need to go out and do something…

Yep. i didn’t get an East Coast trip when i was a kid. Well at least my son gets to go. :)
From what i was told, my son’s school has been doing these trips the last 10 years, so the teachers and planners have it down to a science. ;)

hOW CUTE. i remember when i did the exact same trip and my mom cried. hehe it’ll be a great experience for him, i know that was my first time being away from home but i enjoyed it so much. it’s like one long sleepover with my good friends!
ps: i did some yoga with my friends yesterday and MAN…. i am STILL sore. hehe

Hope you had a good 5/5! I added a little Taquila to my coke, that’s about all I did!
