666 - mark of the beast

Yes, I know I’m being pathetic by mentioning that today just happens to be June, 6, 2006… or 666… the mark of the beast.
One of my sons was actually upset about this date because his friends were talking about it and he was getting scared. We had to reassure him that things will be just fine.
It just so happens that today is the opening of the movie remake, “The Omen“… well, more like a strategic coincidence.
Anyway, one of my nieces was born on August 8, 1988… or 8-8-88. Interesting.

same here… 888 much better. well we got past 666 without the world coming to an end, so that’s nice, i guess. ;)
