Tonight at the Arterra Restaurant
January 12th, 2007Lately, I’ve been notoriously bad when it comes to promoting my gigs, so I’m going to mention a last minute gig I have tonight with Nena Anderson at the Arterra Restaurant in Del Mar, California. I’ll be filling in for the quartet’s drummer, Andy Robillard.
Arterra Restaurant is a very classy, upscale-ish restaurant and bar, their sushi chef is very good, and it’s usually pretty lively and packed with people. So, if you happen to be in the area and aren’t doing anything, come down and say hi! Downbeat is at 8pm and there is no cover!
This is basically a jazz quartet gig with Nena singing Billy Holiday covers and other jazz and blues vocal standards.
