Audrey Hepburn Sings Moon River

Here’s a timeless classic… a scene from Breakfast at Tiffany’s when Audrey Hepburn sings “Moon River” on the fire escape. One of my favorite songs of all time. And favorite movies.

And here’s the same song used in an Audrey Hepburn tribute:

Haha! Can you believe I actually read the book and haven’t watched the movie yet? LOL! By the reviews on this thing, this must be one of those very rare times when the movie turns out to be just as good or so much better than the actual book. Though, I have yet to see it, so can only imagine.

I love Truman Capote and must have read all of his books. So, perhaps, one day I shall eventually get around to watching this movie. Though the story is such a despondent one! *sigh!* But, He is a wonderful writer!

PS- Audrey Hepburn sings? Wow! She sounds like she has a musical voice when she speaks, but this song is really very good!!!

yes, though Audrey Hepburn isn’t Julie Andrews, she can hold her own with this tune!
