		<description>My daughter loves greens, but she refuses to have them in her smoothies. So, we don't make as many green smoothies in our home. I thnk I might try this one that Jenna just showed, however, since it looks super easy.

I'm glad you found the coconut smoothie in my blog. I consumed that just about every day for MANY months. The young coconut in it brought my cholesterol levels to an extremely healthy range. ;-)  Plus, it just tasted so great--even visiting children, who are normally very picky eaters, loved it!
