Searching for Tibetan Yoga practices on YouTube, I came upon a video that piqued my interest. It’s not the kind of yoga video I was looking for, and I immediately asked myself, “What kind of yoga video is this?”

My wife tells me I left the “Zen Garden” and fell into the gutter with this post.
So, I hope everyone realized this was just a spoof that made fun of all the Yoga videos out there. Yes, poor Andrew barely had any “camera time”, and he was supposed to show us all the modified yoga postures for all the beginners! haha
So, I hope I redeemed myself with my next post… :o)
Man, I really disapprove of this in…theory. In fact, I’m gonna watch it over and over to develop a fully articulated denunciation of it.
