Man, I really disapprove of this in...theory. In fact, I'm gonna watch it over and over to develop a fully articulated denunciation of it.

So, I hope everyone realized this was just a spoof that made fun of all the Yoga videos out there. Yes, poor Andrew barely had any "camera time", and he was supposed to show us all the modified yoga postures for all the beginners! haha

So, I hope I redeemed myself with my next post... :o)
