Late Afternoon, October Sky

Breakfast

  • 1 cacao-banana smoothie (almond milk, 1 tbsp raw cacao, 1 tsp agave nectar, 1 banana, ice)
  • 1 avocado

Mid-Morning

  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of red grapes

Lunch

  • 1 dozen jicama slices with creamy garlic dip
  • 1 handful of raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 satsuma tangerine
  • 1 cacao-banana smoothie

Afternoon-Snack

  • 2 apples (1 fuji, 1 red delicious, sliced)

Dinner

  • Raw Garden Salad – lettuces, spinach, chard, raddichio, radishes, tomatoes, olives, red cabbage, artichoke hearts, carrots, sun dried tomatoes with creamy garlic dressing (the last of it).

Evening Snack

  • bunch of flax crackers
  • guacamole dip
  • creamy garlic dip
  • water
