Breakfast
- 1 cacao-banana smoothie (almond milk, 1 tbsp raw cacao, 1 tsp agave nectar, 1 banana, ice)
- 1 avocado
Mid-Morning
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 handful of red grapes
Lunch
- 1 dozen jicama slices with creamy garlic dip
- 1 handful of raw sprouted pumpkin seeds 1 satsuma tangerine
- 1 cacao-banana smoothie
Afternoon-Snack
- 2 apples (1 fuji, 1 red delicious, sliced)
Dinner
- Raw Garden Salad – lettuces, spinach, chard, raddichio, radishes, tomatoes, olives, red cabbage, artichoke hearts, carrots, sun dried tomatoes with creamy garlic dressing (the last of it).
Evening Snack
- bunch of flax crackers
- guacamole dip
- creamy garlic dip
- water
