So I can understand when artists get like that because of the pursuit of artistic excellence. On the other side of the coin, I am sympathetic to the individuals who were the recipient of that kind of anger. Because I experienced that firsthand with angry sadistic musical directors who freely humiliate orchestra musicians in front of their own peers. I think it's all about working in a positive, creative environment where everyone mutually respects one another for their creative abilities. That is the ideal. But, true that everyone loses their cool at one point or another.
