Frugal, Simple and Green
Many times, trying not to complicate things is very important to one’s overall health and well-being. How we approach certain trying situations will determine how we are affected by them. It’s hard, yes, but I believe the ultimate goal would be to live life free of pain and suffering. How we live our lives depends on our approach to life.
Living frugally, also, is a way and approach to life. Not that we want to live poorly, but to live quality lives while not being affected by the external influences that may cause us pain, grief, suffering and craving.
Part of being frugal is to simplify our life, reducing it to the bare essentials, and not carry any extra physical and emotional “baggage” that may weigh us down.
