[Random Notes] On Yoga, Vegan Diets and Raw Foods
I “officially” made public my goals to practice Yoga daily and eat a raw/vegan diet.
My intentions are sincere.
And, my reasoning for once again adopting a raw/vegan diet is:
1. To be kind and respectful to animals by not eating them, and to not be indirectly responsible for their lives being one of torture and abuse.
2. To eat more fruits and vegetables, whole organic grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Most of it raw to take advantage of the enzymes.
In my previous post, Randomguru 2.0.13: Making Certain Commitments and Goals, I announced my basic goals and resolutions for 2013.
With my Yoga practice I intend to:
1. Help improve my musical performance by fine tuning my body, mind and spirit.
2. Improve and optimize my health by fine tuning my body, mind and spirit.
All I ask of everyone is that I have the support of my family and friends, as well as my readers, to help me achieve my goals in 2013.
