Keeping Track of Food Intake with a Food Diary
In my post, Health Matters: Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels, I mentioned that I had my annual physical exam and was shocked that my triglyceride levels were too high. Well, my blood pressure was still quite high but I was relieved that it didn’t go any higher. I was pleased that my cholesterol levels were within a healthy range.
I was toying with the idea of keeping a food diary, and I did start that today but I’m hesitant to post everything I eat online. However, I’ll go ahead and share today’s food diary, but I don’t know if I can commit to sharing everything I eat online on a daily basis.
A person needs to keep a certain amount of privacy in the online world, so maybe I’ll share an ongoing food diary at a later time when I feel more confident.
