“Never eat broccoli when there are cameras around.”Michael Stipe

. . . .

Michael Stipe says, “Eat your Broccoli“, and lots of it!

Anyway, I just realized that I really love Broccoli, and no doubt it is a very nutritious vegetable (arguably the most nutrient-dense of the veggie kingdom).

So, I also realized that I’d gone through a period where I didn’t eat much Broccoli for a while, when I was back to eating lots of rice. Vegan or vegetarian, but lots of rice! And then there was a time when my daily dinner included steamed Broccoli and Baked Salmon, so now I feel as if I’ve come back full circle and I’m craving Broccoli again. I feel heathier when I’m eating Broccoli every day.

If I could just eat more apples now. Of course, I also now have a new found love for Asian Pears, and Strawberries.
