1 tall – Starbucks Soy Mocha

Lunch – 12pm

from Whole Foods
1 serving – Stir Fry (tofu, broccoli, carrots, onions)
1 bottle – Purified Water

Afternoon Beverage – 1:30pm

1 tall – Iced Soy Mocha

Afternoon – 4pm

3 pieces – Garlic Prawns
1 handful – Smoked Almonds
1 bottle – Purified Water

Dinner – 9:30pm

1 serving – Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry
3 pieces – Egg Rolls
1 cup – Green Tea
