As you might have read in a previous post (which I’m afraid to link to), Google had penalized me by setting my previous pagerank of 4 to 0 for this site.
I deeply saddens me, because I always try to maintain ethical standards when it comes to the guidelines that Google expects of websites.
I firmly believe it has something to do with the way I’ve been publishing my “food journals” (again, afraid to link to any of them), and I’ve been using the words “Food Journal” in my daily posts going back 3 months!
Anyway, I still want to share my daily dietary entries and so I will continue to do so with a keen observance to how I use my words. I guess I’ll have to mix things up more in order to avoid more trouble from Google.

Breakfast No. 2 – 11am
Cafe Mocha from Barnes & Noble
Late Lunch – 2pm
Sushi ~ cucumber, pickled cucumber, pickled radish
Dumplings ~ karaage, gyoza, shrimp
Afternoon Tea – 5pm
Cafe Mocha from Starbucks (only finished half)
Dinner – 6:30pm
Sushi (sake, uni, unagi, ebi, salmon roe, california roll 1pc)
Dumplings (shrimp, gyoza)
Late Evening – 9pm
1 Small bowl of Spaghetti
1 Bottled Water
