Mozart Piano Sonata in D Major for Two Pianos, K. 448

AndersonRoe.net

This classical piano duo rawks!! Consisting of Greg Anderson and Elizabeth Joy Roe, having both earned their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The Julliard School of Music…

aandroe_t250(Annie do you know these two?)

…they are now off to do concert tours around the world, having performed in numerous venues throughout New York City.

And this video has some really outstanding editing tricks, done by Greg Anderson himself… like, the hands and piano keys of one pianist being reflected on the other pianist’s piano, for example.

And they are both playing Steinway Concert Grand Pianos! *drool*

And of course, wonderful, precise piano playing, with lots of emotion and attitude!

Here’s a fitting youtube video to exit the post…. Anderson and Roe’s own arrangement of Astor Piazzolla’s “Libertango.” Love the piano muting and interweaving of hands… hmm… rather sexay.
