D2: Transition Week, Easing Into The #DetoxDiet

So, yesterday I announced my commitment to go on a 30 Day Detox Challenge.

Being that 30 Days is a long time in the Diet World, I have planned to ease into the Detox Diet in week one.

So, why go on a Detox Diet?

Skeptics abound, true. But it’s really kind of been proven already. And, if you are still skeptical and haven’t done a successful Detox Diet yet… well, you have nothing to say, don’t you?

That said, even the most skeptical meat and potatoes person knows that there are lots of pesticides and stuff in fruits and vegetables. What they don’t know is that there will be pesticides in their meat as well, because *hello?* the animals eat plant food that might have some pesticides in them.

That is the reason to at least go on a Detox Diet to concentrate on organic whole foods.

Anyway, it’s all about cleaning up your diet, at least just temporarily, so that your body will go into cleanse mode. And the only way to know for sure if your body does in fact go into cleanse mode is to do a Detox Diet or Cleanse Diet, yourself.

Am I right?

How does one know for sure, unless they’ve done a cleanse?
