Once again, my fitness has been hampered by a sore right knee. It’s weird, I can drum for 3-4 hours at a time with no problems with the knee. But, going up a flight of stairs or other physical tasks and it’s a different story.
I can walk around and do things, but since the knee is feeling sore I limit myself with regards to cardio and exercises. Maybe this is a good time to just rest the knees and work on upper body and core exercises.
For quick cardio I’m upgrading the Jumping Jacks to 100 times a day or 50 x 2. Even the crunches were upgraded to 25 x 2.
