This is always an intense workout, as the trails are all steep hills.

If you’re following me, I’ve been getting back into hiking and walking. I was on hiatus since the beginning of this year when I focused my physical efforts on some major house projects, like cleaning out the garage, which was a major job. From not being able to put a single car into the garage, to being able to put two cars in a two-car garage! It was an incredible amount of work as we sold old things and donated most of it to Goodwill. The garage is now clean and organized but I moved into other home projects, like doing a makeover in the garden, which is still going on.

So, I’m trying to work the cardio back into my overall daily routines. I would also like to do some swimming again.

Only so many hours in the day, but it’s all about budgeting one’s time.
