Well, for me, not really…
I just like that scene from the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
Actually, I’m doing well on a Vegan Diet.
But when I think about “meat”, I think about that scene. (video above).
For the most part, I’ve been enjoying rice and stir fry.
The stir fry includes healthy vegetables and I mix it up as much as possible. But the main ingredients that I use for a basic stir fry are the following: Extra Firm Tofu (cubed), Broccoli Florets, Mushrooms, with minced garlic and onions. That’s the basic stir fry, and I mix in a dash of Soy Sauce.
