Losing Weight in 2018




Last year, I wasn’t trying to lose weight—and I haven’t been weighing myself at all—but people have noticed I was losing weight and my clothes felt loser, so much so that I had to go to the tailor’s to have some pants and shorts taken in!

Anyway, I would like to lose 10 pounds just to be lighter, but I’ll be doing Yoga and strength training exercises to make sure I’m lean and mean.

It’s always good to be lighter so you don’t drag around the extra pounds, but you want to be strong as well, muscle-wise.

Anyway, I’m just putting this out there that the goal has been set for 2018.

Anyone else planning to lose weight in 2018?
