Here’s a very simple recipe for making a Mango Banana Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos ~ peeled and diced
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 Medium-sized Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 12 to 15 Ice Cubes

  • Simply put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Tip: Feel free to slightly adjust the ingredients to your personal taste.
  • Tip: Add extras ingredients such as protein powder, blueberries, or strawberries for added healthiness.
