. . .

The more I think about it, there’s nothing really bad about Pasta.

Of course, people who have a gluten intolerance will disagree with me for various reasons. But, I have one answer in response to that…

Gluten-Free Pasta.

Having said that, Pasta in moderation is just fine. I simply mean that moderation is the key to a lot of things in Life, and that typically translates to finding balance in one’s Life.

And moderation usually equates to portion control.

When I was a raw foodist I created Pasta out of Zucchini and that’s fine too. It definitely doesn’t taste like the real pasta… well… what is the real pasta, anyway?

One has to explore the possibility of healthier organic Pasta. And whole grain Pastas.

And Pasta has been around for thousands of years.

I think the Paleo and Raw Food supporters have forgotten that, once civilization moved to grains, civilization advanced at an enormous rate. I would have to say that grains, a staple of all advanced civilizations, have thrived on these grains ever since they began growing them.

So, I just think it’s our moderation of grains in general that need to be addressed. And perhaps other factors like the over-consumption of animal products in general.
