Piano Notes and Repertoire Building for July 6, 2017

These piano notes are very beneficial to me in helping keep me focused on the tasks of building a solid piano repertoire.

I’m very focused on songs from various sources and genres, like musicals, movies, old standards, and even traditional songs.

But where my repertoire building is being focused on, is the classical repertoire, and I’m currently getting my Mozart and Beethoven up-to-speed to be able to perform them live.

I also would like to learn a couple more Bach Inventions, but I want to be ready to play the few I currently know in a live setting as well. Usually, classical piano pieces need to be played to perfection and then to the point where the pianist’s subtleties are present.
