Pre-Memorial Day Food Tracking

Happy Sunday, everyone!

I sincerely hope everyone in the United States is enjoying the Memorial Day weekend.

Pre-Breakfast Beverage – 10am

Cafe Mocha ~ tall, with whip, Starbucks

Breakfast – 11:30am

Fried Rice ~ small bowl, w/scrambled eggs
Coffee ~ decaf, 1 cup

Lunch – 2pm

Ramen Soup ~ 1 cup, w/broccoli, onion, boiled egg

Afternoon Tea – 4pm

Nigiri Sushi ~ 1 sake, 1 hamachi
Miso Soup ~ 1 cup
Japanese Pear ~ 1 quarter, diced
Pickled Ginger ~ slices
Wasabi and Soy Sauce
Genmai-cha Tea ~ 1 cup

Dinner – 7pm

Same as above. Except for Chamomile Tea.

Late Evening – 10pm

Weekend cheat.

Hot Dog ~ w/bun, mayo, ketchup & mustard
