Recapping the Latest Vegan Recipes at the Zen Garden

I’m not very good with cooking up elegant vegan dishes at home. I feel I’m still learning and have quite a ways to go. But there are some favorite vegan and raw vegan chefs who inspire me, and they have taken the art of food preparation to an artistic level. Matthew Kenney comes to mind.

But, cooking vegan dishes is mostly a necessity for me, as I always want to know exactly what’s in my food to begin with.

Dining out can be a haphazardous situation especially when with family and friends. You really don’t know what you’re getting, nutrition-wise, and even if they say it’s vegan I’m still skeptical.

Anyway, let’s look at some of the vegan dishes I’ve shared on my site, some going back a few years.

I’d like to post more, time permitting.
