Recipe: Peach Banana Smoothie… #RawFoods #Vegan

Today I wanted to share one of my favorite smoothies.

A Peach Banana Smoothie!

It’s 100% Raw and Vegan! And you’ll be surprised how simple this is to make. And when done you’ll have 3 servings of fresh fruit!


  • 2 Large Peaches
  • 1 Medium-size Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Water (base)
  • 12 Ice Cubes

Note: Whenever possible, always use local organic produce.


  1. Put 1/2 cup of fresh coconut water in a blender.
  2. Next add the ice cubes.
  3. Add the peeled banana.
  4. Halve 2 large peaches and remove the pits. Place in the blender.
  5. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.


Feel free to modify this simple recipe to your liking. For instance, you can use orange juice instead of coconut water. Or add a bit of honey or agave nectar.
