Today I wanted to share one of my favorite smoothies.
A Peach Banana Smoothie!
It’s 100% Raw and Vegan! And you’ll be surprised how simple this is to make. And when done you’ll have 3 servings of fresh fruit!
- 2 Large Peaches
- 1 Medium-size Banana
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Water (base)
- 12 Ice Cubes
Note: Whenever possible, always use local organic produce.
- Put 1/2 cup of fresh coconut water in a blender.
- Next add the ice cubes.
- Add the peeled banana.
- Halve 2 large peaches and remove the pits. Place in the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Feel free to modify this simple recipe to your liking. For instance, you can use orange juice instead of coconut water. Or add a bit of honey or agave nectar.
