04.20.2013 “Egg Roll Edition”

We have company from out-of-town, so things change when everyone wants to go to the mall and then dine out at a Chinese restaurant.

I’ve been maintaining my philosophy of eating several smaller meals a day. It can be hard to keep track if one gets really busy. And, I’ve been focused on vegetarian egg rolls for some reason. Eating 2-3 at a time.

Anyway, this post is titled the “Egg Roll Edition” because I apparently am fixated on egg rolls today.
