Okay, what have I eaten today on a Saturday after the Fourth of July?
If I can just have a decent day today, and redeem myself from two days of mindless, unorganized eating, then I can say that I’m still disciplined as a Zen Dieter.

Breakfast – 10:30am
Late breakfast, I know, but I slept in, so sue me. The good news is I was able to eat an ideal oatmeal breakfast like before!
Oatmeal ~ w/strawberries, blueberries and a little raw sugar
Coffee ~ 1 cup, didn’t finish!
Beverage Fix – 12pm
1 Small Piece of Chocolate Cake (from nephew’s birthday)
Starbucks Mocha ~ tall, soy, no whip
Beverage Fix – 3pm
Mango Smoothie ~ from eBar at Nordstrom, didn’t finish!
Afternoon Tea – 5pm
Ramen Noodles ~ 1 small bowl, w/broccoli, spinach, tofu, 1 egg
1 Hot Dog ~ w/ketchup, mustard on a bun
Dinner – 7:30pm
Nigiri Sushi ~ Salmon, Roe, Uni (urchin), Crab
California Roll ~ 2 pieces
Ramen Noodles ~ 1 bowl, w/broccoli, tofu, egg, spinach
1 Piece of Chocolate Cake
Late Evening – 11:30pm
Finished remaining Ramen Noodles ~ 1 bowl
