Simple Vegan Stir Fry in a Cast Iron Skillet
A Quick and Easy Stir Fry
Here’s a healthy Asian-influenced recipe that’s super simple to make in either a wok or a skillet. I prefer a skillet since I’ve recently bought a brand new one.
There are a couple of preparatory steps to take when making this stir fry recipe.
- You will need to steam the broccoli for about 4-5 minutes.
- You can marinate the tofu cubes in soy sauce, garlic and a little brown sugar. A good start would be a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce, a clove of minced garlic and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Serve this stir fry with a cup of steamed rice and you’re good to go!
