Sunday Yoga, New Music from Liquid Mind, Mindful Gardening

Sunday Yoga

I was able to do a nice Yoga routine this morning, and for once the weather was nice and sunny, the rays of sunshine coming through the shutters. At one point the sun blinded me during sun salutations, ironically?

I will try my best to do a Sunday Yoga routine. It feels very nice! So far, I have Yoga classes on Wednesday and Saturday, so I had a great Yoga class yesterday too. And I think that I’m happy with doing Yoga at home and doing some classes as well. I find it’s a good balance.

Lately, I’ve been relying on going to Yoga class. And I know it can become a habit and neglect my home practice. It should be… my home practice comes first, while the Yoga classes are a nice change and supplement to the home practice. The home practice is more beneficial because I can do the routines that I feel I should do for my body. But the Yoga classes are challenging because I do poses that I don’t normally do.

Liquid Mind

I’ve posted before that I’ve been into the music of Liquid Mind, and I had 4 albums but picked up the very first album Liquid Mind I today. And I added it to my 60 minutes Yoga music. It’s amazing music for Yoga as well as for meditation and all-around ambient/background music for home.

Mindful Gardening

I hope I can get back into the gardening in a good positive way, and have some success with more abundant flowers. We’ll see how it goes.

Compost Tea is excellent, no doubt. But I haven’t sprayed the plants in a few days because of the rains. And I just turned all sprinklers and drip irrigation systems off for awhile.

Now is the time to cultivate the soil and add more soil amendments and compost to the soil.
