More Thoughts on a High Carb Diet for Performance and Athleticism

It took me many years to realize this: Carbs = Energy!

But, the current dietary establishment wants everyone to be on a low-carb, high protein diet!

What does this tell me?

The Meat and Dairy Industries are at it again, saying that carbs are bad for you and cause weight gain. But if you’re on a low-carb, high protein diet, meaning that you eat more high protein foods like dairy products, red meat, chicken, seafood and pork, that your going to lose weight.
