    A week after the Old World Sourdough Bread incident, I’m feeling much better.

    In case you are just checking in and missed all the hoopla, I have been gluten-free since the beginning of the year, officially. And even in 2016, I was trying to be more gluten-free but not 100%. But during this transition period I was noticing that bread and anything with flour in it had caused me bloating and feeling rather sluggish.

    One of my musical colleagues told me a few weeks ago that it might not be the gluten that’s causing problems for people who are gluten sensitive, but actually the pesticides in the wheat.

    A Week After the Gluten Incident: Feeling Much Better!

    It’s been almost a week since the gluten incident, when I thought I’d be okay eating the Beast Burger from Whole Foods. The thing is, it’s not the Beast Burger patty itself that was bad. That part was gluten-free, and it REALLy was heavy on the protein. And along with the gluten-filled hamburger buns, it was a double-whammy on my system.
