A Vegan Lifestyle: The Old World Sourdough Bread Update

A week after the Old World Sourdough Bread incident, I’m feeling much better.

In case you are just checking in and missed all the hoopla, I have been gluten-free since the beginning of the year, officially. And even in 2016, I was trying to be more gluten-free but not 100%. But during this transition period I was noticing that bread and anything with flour in it had caused me bloating and feeling rather sluggish.
