    This idea/concept couldn’t be further from the truth.

But during this transition period I was noticing that bread and anything with flour in it had caused me bloating and feeling rather sluggish.

    One of my musical colleagues told me a few weeks ago that it might not be the gluten that’s causing problems for people who are gluten sensitive, but actually the pesticides in the wheat.

    So I got to thinking about it, and even did some research online that seemed to point to this pesticide issue rather than any problems with gluten.

    It took me many years to realize this: Carbs = Energy!

    But, the current dietary establishment wants everyone to be on a low-carb, high protein diet!

    What does this tell me?

    The Meat and Dairy Industries are at it again, saying that carbs are bad for you and cause weight gain. But if you’re on a low-carb, high protein diet, meaning that you eat more high protein foods like dairy products, red meat, chicken, seafood and pork, that your going to lose weight.

    1. Popcorn popped on the stove with a tablespoon of oil and with added Himalayan Salt is definitely 100% Vegan. Although we’re talking 500+ calories of emptier calories than fruits and veggies.

    2. A plate of brown rice, broccoli and tofu can add up to only 200 calories. Pretty low in calories, lots of fiber,
    and nutrients. A cup of yogurt could be 200 calories in comparison!
